Rental Terms and Conditions

Gameday Comforts is a brand operated by Bat Flip Sports, LLC ("Gameday Comforts," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 17532 Eddy Dr, Santa Ana, CA 92705. We offer pickup-only rentals of comfort equipment (such as misting fans, camping chairs, and shade equipment) for use at youth sports tournaments and similar events.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation, accept these terms, and pick up equipment. By booking a rental, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to agree to these terms.

Reservations are made through our website, which calculates an hourly quote based on the equipment, pickup location, date, start time, and rental duration you select. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of booking. We do not store your full payment card details.

Your reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Please review your reservation details, including your selected pickup location and rental window, before completing checkout.

Your rental period begins at your scheduled pickup time and follows the return time shown in your booking, regardless of what time you actually arrive. Reserved equipment is held for 60 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. Full details on late pickup, late return, and no-show handling are in our Late Pickup, Late Return, and No-Show Policy.

You agree to use rented equipment only for its intended purpose, in a reasonably safe manner, and in accordance with any instructions provided at pickup. We may refuse to permit continued use of equipment we reasonably believe is being used unsafely, and we may require that equipment be returned immediately in that situation.

You are responsible for the equipment from the time it is picked up until it is returned to us, including keeping it reasonably clean and returning it complete with any accessories that were provided with it. Our Equipment Damage, Loss, and Cleaning Policy explains what happens if equipment is damaged, lost, or not returned in that condition.

Cancellation eligibility, refund timing, and how weather or event cancellations are handled are covered in our Cancellation and Refund Policy and our Weather and Event Cancellation Policy. Both policies are part of these Rental Terms.

For rentals taking place in Arizona, Arizona law governs this agreement, and venue for any dispute relating to an Arizona rental is in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable non-waivable law requires a different venue.

For rentals taking place outside Arizona, the laws of the state in which the rental occurs govern this agreement to the extent applicable; where no state-specific law applies to a particular issue, the laws of the State of California govern, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, Gameday Comforts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of rented equipment. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not attempt to release us from ordinary negligence claims beyond what applicable law permits, and we do not claim immunity from liability that the law does not allow us to disclaim.

Nothing in these terms waives, limits, or is intended to limit any right or protection that applicable law does not allow to be waived or limited by agreement. If any part of these terms conflicts with a non-waivable right you have under applicable law, that right controls.

The version of these terms in effect when you complete a reservation governs that reservation. We may update these terms from time to time; updates apply prospectively, to reservations made after the update, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date shown on this page.
