This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Gameday Comforts website, operated by Bat Flip Sports, LLC ("Gameday Comforts," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 17532 Eddy Dr, Santa Ana, CA 92705.

We collect personal information from a few sources: directly from you when you make a reservation or contact us; automatically from your device and browser when you use our website; and from payment and operational service providers we use to run our business.

The categories of information we collect include:

• Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Reservation information, such as your selected pickup location, equipment, rental date and time, and pickup instructions.
• Payment-related information from our payment provider, Stripe, such as confirmation that a payment was completed. We do not store your full card number.
• Communications you send us, such as support emails or messages.
• Technical information collected automatically when you use our website, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through our hosting and infrastructure providers.

We use the information described above to:

• create, manage, and fulfill your reservation, including calculating quotes and processing payment;
• communicate with you about your reservation and respond to support requests;
• operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services;
• detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our services; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not engage in targeted or interest-based advertising. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or ad networks. Any cookies or similar technology we use are limited to what is reasonably necessary for the website to function, such as maintaining your session or supporting security.

Because we do not use advertising cookies or track visitors for advertising purposes, our website does not currently change its behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal or a Global Privacy Control signal. If our practices change such that a response to these signals becomes applicable, we will update this policy accordingly.

We share information with service providers who help us operate our business, including:

• Stripe, which processes payments and related fraud-prevention information on our behalf. Stripe processes this information under its own privacy practices in addition to our instructions; you can review Stripe's privacy policy directly with Stripe.
• Supabase, Vercel, and other necessary hosting and infrastructure providers, which store and process data required to operate our website and reservation system.

We do not sell your personal information. Where we have a contract with a service provider, it limits that provider's use of your information to providing services to us; where a service provider processes information under its own independent legal or regulatory obligations, such as Stripe's obligations as a payment processor, that provider's own privacy practices also apply to that processing.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. How long that is depends on factors including: the time needed to complete and support your reservation, the time needed to resolve a dispute or support request, our accounting, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and any longer period required by applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us at gamedaycomfort@gmail.com to ask about the personal information we have associated with your reservations, to request a correction, or to ask us to delete information we are not otherwise required to keep. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under California law, such as the right to request information about, or deletion of, personal information we hold about you. Our services are not directed to children, and reservations require a renter to be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide a prominent notice on our website and update the effective date shown on this page.
