Equipment Use Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

This Equipment Use Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk ("Acknowledgment") applies to your use of equipment rented from Gameday Comforts. When you check the acceptance box during checkout, you are confirming this Acknowledgment for that reservation, in addition to our Rental Terms and Conditions.

Using rented equipment such as fans, chairs, umbrellas, and canopies at outdoor sports venues carries ordinary risks, including risks related to weather, uneven ground, crowded areas, and normal wear of equipment. You acknowledge and voluntarily assume these ordinary risks when you use rented equipment.

You agree to use rented equipment only for its intended purpose and in a reasonably safe manner, consistent with our Rental Terms and Conditions. We may refuse continued use of equipment we reasonably believe is being used unsafely, and may require that it be returned to us immediately.

If any part of this Acknowledgment conflicts with a non-waivable right you have under applicable law, that right controls, and the rest of this Acknowledgment remains in effect.

By accepting this Acknowledgment during checkout, you confirm that you have read and understood it, that you are at least the minimum age required to rent equipment as described in our Rental Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to it for the reservation you are completing.
